After being evaluated for a concussion in the locker room just before the final drive started, Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson returned to the game with about 1:24 remaining.

He was displaying concussion-like symptoms as the Cardinals attempted to come back from a 15-10 deficit againt the San Francisco 49ers.

Prior to the injury, Johnson had 16 carries for 59 yards and three receptions for 42 yards.

He had one reception for a loss of one yard after coming back into the game.
