Cardinals RB David Johnson returns after being evaluated for concussion

After being evaluated for a concussion in the locker room just before the final drive started, Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson returned to the game with about 1:24 remaining.
He was displaying concussion-like symptoms as the Cardinals attempted to come back from a 15-10 deficit againt the San Francisco 49ers.
Prior to the injury, Johnson had 16 carries for 59 yards and three receptions for 42 yards.
He had one reception for a loss of one yard after coming back into the game.
Rookie running back Chase Edmonds took his place in the backfield before Johnson returned to the game.
The Cardinals pulled out the come-from-behind victory to beat the Niners 18-15.
