Quarterback Kyler Murray is the toughest player to sack in the NFL as he has evaded 34.1% of pressure that has been thrown his way this season, according to NextGen Stats.
That is better than any other quarterback by a wide margin. Second-best is the Oakland Raiders’ Derek Carr, who has evaded 21.4% of pressure.
The Cardinals took Murray to be a dynamic playmaker with his arms and legs.

He has not busted out a ton of long touchdown runs like a Lamar Jackson, but he has used his legs to aid his ability to fire off accurate passes.
Murray slides to each side of the pocket and steps up when he needs to. His pocket presence behind a subpar offensive line (22nd-best in the NFL by Football Outsiders) is vital, and he seems at ease when he moves around and gives his receivers more time to break free.
He has improved at this throughout the season and has done better at getting rid of the ball when he needs to.
Through the first four games, he took 20 sacks. Since then, he has only been sacked 11 times in six games.
Murray also has one interception since his fourth game, as his vision and decision making even when on the run has improved too.
