The Arizona Coyotes Foundation announced that the 2022-23 grant cycle will open from July 1 and run through Aug. 1, while winners will be announced in October.

The team has been raising millions of dollars to support different funds and causes for 26 years.

This year, businesses or organizations around the Valley can apply for grant requests that can range anywhere from $10,000-$30,000.

“The Arizona Coyotes Foundation is committed to Arizona and to giving back to our community,” said Coyotes president and CEO Xavier Gutierrez in a press release.

“We take great pride in being a community leader and leveraging the power of sports to make a difference in the lives of others. We look forward to providing funding to numerous deserving non-profit organizations and programs in the Valley.”

The Arizona Coyotes Foundation hopes promote access to education, health and wellness and economic advancement for undeserved and diverse communities. The team is looking for those that have a significant impact, measurable outcomes, provide a productive partnership and allow the Coyotes the opportunity to share the organization’s story with the team’s followers, according to the release.
