Arizona State senior running back Cameron Marshall has been
named to the 2012 watch list for the 76th annual Maxwell
Award, which is given to America’s outstanding college
football player.

Marshall is coming off a 2011 campaign in which he ran for a
career-high 1,050 yards on 230 carries for the Sun Devils.
The San Jose native also found the end zone 18 times, which
was tied for second in the Pac-12.

Marshall was the only Arizona State player to land on the
list, but is one of 14 players from the Pac-12 and 30
running backs to appear.
