Arizona Diamondbacks trade pitcher Charles Brewer to Cleveland Indians

The Arizona Diamondbacks completed a trade of right-handed pitcher Charles Brewer to the Cleveland Indians in exchange for cash considerations Sunday morning.
Brewer, 26, spent last season in the minors, starting 29 games between Double-A Mobile and Triple-A Reno. He went 8-10 with a 4.99 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 96 Ks in 22 starts with Reno.
He was designated for assignment earlier this week.
Brewer pitched six innings for the D-backs in the 2013 season.
The D-backs also traded pitcher Mike Bolsinger to the Los Angeles Dodgers the day before.
