Phoenix Suns sign forward Quincy Acy to 10-day contract

The Phoenix Suns have added some help at the forward position.

The team announced Monday that it had signed veteran NBA forward Quincy Acy to a 10-day contract. This announcement confirms a report from The Athletic’s Shams Charania, who reported on Saturday the Suns planned to make the move.

Acy, in his seventh NBA season, last played for the Brooklyn Nets in 2017-18.

The 6-foot-7, 240-pound Acy has been a bench player for most of his career, starting just 60 of his 327 NBA games.

Acy has a career per game average of 5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 16.1 minutes.

The Suns will next play on Tuesday night, hosting the Sacramento Kings.
