The timing could not have been more perfect.

With the bye week coming at the exact midpoint of the season, the Arizona Cardinals are a picture of health, aside from the normal bumps and bruises associated with the sport, as they enter their Sunday Night Football matchup in Seattle.

That would not have been the case had the Cardinals had a game a week ago, according to head coach Bruce Arians.

His biggest concern focused on center Lyle Sendlein, who hurt his shoulder at Cleveland. But with the extra time to heal up, Sendlein is in uniform and expected to make his 40th straight start Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.

Sendlein was limited all week in practice and officially listed as questionable.

Receiver John Brown also carried the questionable tag due to a troublesome hamstring. He, too, is in uniform.

Brown was active last week as well, yet did not play.

So here are the seven healthy scratches: quarterback Matt Barkley, receiver J.J. Nelson, cornerback Robert Nelson, Jr., linebacker Shaq Riddick, guard/center Ted Larsen, tackle D.J. Humphries and nose tackle Xavier Williams.

With Larsen unavailable, lineman Earl Watford is dressed. He had been inactive each of the past three weeks.

The Cardinals also officially welcome back both tight end Darren Fells and linebacker Alex Okafor. Fells hurt his shoulder at Pittsburgh, while Okafor suffered a calf injury at Detroit; the two had been sidelined until this week.

For the Seahawks, running back Marshawn Lynch will be in uniform. He was added to the injury report as questionable with an abdominal injury after not practicing on Friday.

Meanwhile, defensive tackle David King (groin) is out due to injury.

Also sitting are cornerback Tye Smith, running back Bryce Brown, center Drew Nowak, guard Mark Glowinski, center/guard Kristjan Sokoli and tight end Cooper Helfet.

Lynch felt some pain in his abdomen near the end of Thursday’s practice and “didn’t think it was anything” initially, according to head coach Pete Carroll. The pain remained when Lynch reported to practice the next day and because of that, he was held out of practice.

“(I) think it’s something he’s had before so we treated him all day just to make sure we take care of him,” Carroll told reporters.
