The Arizona Cardinals are bringing back another one of their own.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter was the first to report that running back Chris Johnson is re-signing with the team on a one-year deal.
He had reportedly been deciding between the Cardinals and Miami Dolphins.

Johnson was a late addition to the 2015 Arizona Cardinals, but he proved to be one of the most important.
Signed during training camp, he went on to run for 814 yards and three touchdowns on 196 carries after filling in for an injured Andre Ellington. A fractured tibia suffered in Week 12 ended his season.
At that point, rookie David Johnson took over as the team’s primary running back and excelled, leading many to speculate Chris Johnson would depart in free agency in search of a larger role.
However, the 30-year-old — who is a three-time Pro Bowl selection and one time First-Team All-Pro — has been to the postseason just once in his career, and decided his best chance to get back was in Arizona.
I like to thx all the teams that was involved but I we have unfinished business in AZ let's get that ring
