Jrue Holiday gets off to rough start with the New Orleans Pelicans

As far first impressions go, Jrue Holiday didn’t exactly win over the New Orleans Pelicans’ crowd Wednesday night.
Holiday, who spent his first four seasons with the Philadelpia 76ers before getting shipped to the Big Easy back in June, took the microphone on Opening Night to welcome fans to a new year of Pelicans’ basketball.
Unfortunately for the 2012-13 All-Star, his former team was apparently still on his mind.
The New Orleans point guard fared much better on the court, scoring 24 points and adding five assists in a 95-90 loss to the Indiana Pacers.
