Knowledge of spring training fans tested, and it didn’t go too well

Are you able to recognize some of the relief pitchers in the MLB? If so, you’re already doing much better than some of these fans.
Yahoo! Sports’ Mike Oz took to a spring training stadium in Arizona to conduct his favorite annual tradition of seeing if fans can decipher between an MLB relief pitcher and a “dude in a band.”
Making an appearance in this year’s video was Arizona Diamondbacks reliever Archie Bradley, or according to one fan, UFC fighter Conor McGregor.
Granted, most of the fans Oz questioned were able to accurately recognize Bradley as a relief pitcher, even if it came with some uncertainty.
However, they weren’t able to do the same with other relievers and band members featured in the video.
Dan Reynolds, a member of the band Imagine Dragons, was identified as a relief pitcher while New York Mets reliever Matt Purke — who was pictured in his uniform — was identified as a member of a band.
As bad as it may seem, the fans were able to accurately recognize Maroon 5 member Adam Levine, singer Chris Stapleton, rapper Logic, and Washington Nationals reliever Sean Doolittle. But they did struggle with Dan Auerback of the Black Keys and Chicago Cubs reliever Pedro Strop.
