Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen did not back up starter Sam Bradford in Sunday night’s preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys.
He did not appear in the game.
Rosen missed team practice Wednesday due to an injured thumb on his throwing hand and had been day-to-day leading to Sunday.
The UCLA product had a total of 16 completions for 148 yards and a touchdown pass in his first two games of the preseason.
Mike Glennon replaced Bradford in the first quarter. He did not play in the team’s second preseason game against the New Orleans Saints due to a forearm injury.
Glennon went 8-for-10 with 35 yards before being replaced by Chad Kanoff, who completed 40 percent of his passes for 27 yards.
