The decal is a black circle with a red bow tie and the initials “WVB” in large white letters above the bowtie.
The Cardinals announced that Bidwill passed away on Wednesday at 88-years-old.
Before the game, Paul Brown Stadium waited for a moment of silence to honor Bidwill.

Bidwill began a full-time role with the Cardinals in 1960 after his father bought the team in 1932, when they were known as the Chicago Cardinals.
The team is still in the family business as Michael Bidwill, Bill’s grandson, is the team president in charge.
The Cardinals have been owned by one family longer than any team in league history other than the Chicago Bears and New York Giants.
