Working out can be hard; leaving the gym can be even harder.
Arizona Coyotes right wing Michael Grabner experienced some difficulty leaving his home gym after realizing he had locked himself in.
Grabner retreated to his balcony and lowered himself to the ground using TRX training ropes, an exercise he probably didn’t anticipate doing.
The funny predicament was captured on his home security camera.
Maybe the noticeably ripped Grabner will implement climbing into his workout routine.
