DeAndre Hopkins will get his first chance to represent for his new team and it will be virtually.
The newest Arizona Cardinals wide receiver will be among the 16 participants in a week-long Madden NFL 20 tournament airing on various ESPN platforms.
The tournament kicks off on Sunday at 9 a.m. local time on ESPN2 and will run through to April 25. Some of those matchups will be broadcasted on the ESPN Twitch page and through the ESPN app.
Hopkins joins a field that includes seven other NFL players: Cam Jordan, Devonta Freeman, Drew Lock, Marquise Brown, Melvin Gordon, Stefon Diggs and Travis Kelce.
The other half includes celebrities and ESPN personalities such as Lil Yachty, Snoop Dogg, YG, Katie Nolan, Omar Raja and Pat McAfee. Former UFC champions Chris Weidman and Daniel Cormier round out of the group of 16.
The winner of the single-elimination tournament will win a $25,000 donation that will go to Feeding for America in their name.
