On this Trivia Tuesday, we’re going to test your recent baseball memory.

Do you think you can name each franchise’s leader in home runs hit over the last five years (starting in 2016) combined?

We’ve given you each team and the number of round-trippers each player has hit in that franchise’s uniform since Opening Day of 2016, all you have to do is name the player.

NOTE: The player for each team isn’t necessarily still a member of that franchise. In fact, eight of the players you’re looking for have moved on to different teams.
