It’s officially the week of the 2021 Waste Management Phoenix Open.

And while the tournament will certainly look different this year, the field of golfers still packs quite a punch.

Headlining the WMPO is Rory McIlroy, who is making his tournament debut. However, he isn’t the favorite to take home the win.

According to the latest odds from DraftKings Sportsbook, that honor goes to former Arizona State Sun Devil Jon Rahm.

The Spaniard is favored +600 to win, followed by Justin Thomas (+750) and Xander Schauffele (+800). McIlroy comes in with the fourth-best odds at +1200.

Rounding out the top-five is Webb Simpson, who was victorious in the 2020 showing of the Scottsdale tournament.

Rahm enters the WMPO as the No. 2 golfer in the world behind Dustin Johnson. Thomas sits No. 3, followed by Schauffele (4), McIlroy (6) and Simpson (9).

The Waste Management Phoenix Open runs from Thursday through Sunday. The Annexus Pro-Am, which includes Larry Fitzgerald, Patrick Peterson and Zac Gallen, will take place Wednesday.
