Gator camps out in minor league dugout

Oh the things you’ll see at minor league ballparks around the country.
Up-and-coming players, creative promotions … alligators.
Wait, what?
According to Kyle McKenzie of the Charlotte Stone Crabs in the Tampa Bay organization, that’s exactly what they found in the visitors dugout at their home ballpark in Port Charlotte, Florida.

According to MiLB.com, the approximately 10-foot gator was eventually moved out to make room for the visiting Daytona Tortugas.
Such is life in the Florida State League.
