Former Arizona State RB DeaMonte Trayanum transfers to Ohio State

Former Arizona State Sun Devils running back DeaMonte “Chip” Trayanum announced he is transferring to Ohio State, he posted to his Twitter on Saturday.
Trayanum, stated is likely switching positions from running back to defense in making the return back to his home state of Ohio.
Trayanum was the No. 4 prospect out of the state of Ohio coming out of high school.
He scored 26 touchdowns on 106 carries as a junior before injuries slowed him down his senior season.
This year, he was third on the Sun Devils in rushing attempts and yards and tied with quarterback Jayden Daniels with six rushing touchdowns.
As a freshman, Trayanum appeared in four games logging 290 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
He is the second key contributor to leave the program via the transfer portal.
Wide receiver Johnny Wilson also announced he would be leaving the program to attend Florida State on Thursday.
