Carson Palmer is on the move
There’s no proof that the Arizona Cardinals have any interest in Carson Palmer or that he’ll even be available but that doesn’t mean his real estate dealings aren’t news.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Palmer has sold his five bedroom house there.
Carson Palmer’s house, which was put on the market in late March, took less than two months to find a buyer. Comey & Shepherd Realtors lists the Indian Hill property as under contract. The five-bedroom, two-story property in Indian Hill had an asking price of $2.1 million.
The house, made of stone and brick, sits on five acres and also features a gourmet kitchen, 5 1/2 bathrooms, solarium, swimming pool, spa, golf green and pond.
Alright, we admit, the fact that Palmer sold his house doesn’t mean he’s coming to Arizona or that he’ll even be dealt to any team.
What we do know is that it becomes a lot easier for a trade to happen when you don’t even own a home in the state the team who has you under contract plays in. That, and imagine what he could buy with $2.1 million in the depressed housing market here in Arizona. We bet if he called up former Cards quarterback and fellow Trojan Matt Leinart he could get a sweetheart of a deal on a nice, slightly used, mansion. Just stay away from the hot tub Carson.
