Preseason college football bowl predictions: Will ASU, Arizona make the cut?

In Tempe, expectations are for head coach Herm Edwards’ team to finish with the worst record in his five-year run leading Arizona State.
In Tucson, there’s only up to go with Jedd Fisch’s Arizona team hoping to win more than one game like in 2021.
FanDuel Sportsbook puts the Sun Devils’ over-under win total for the regular season at 5.5, right on the cusp of bowl eligibility. The Wildcats’ bar is lower, at 3.5 wins.
When it comes to who makes a bowl game, it doesn’t look good for either.
