ASU’s 2012 football schedule released

We know what team will provide the opposition for Arizona
State in new head coach Todd Graham’s debut. We just
don’t know when it will be.
The Pac-12 released their 2012 football schedule, and
Graham’s Sun Devils will open things up against the
Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, but no date has been
announced just yet. Smart money would either be on
Saturday, September 1st, but there’s a possibility of a
Thursday night opener, which would fall on August 30th.
There are two Thursday night games already on the schedule
for ASU. The Devils will take their first Pac-12 trip
ever to Boulder to take on the Colorado Buffaloes on
October 11th, and then will return to Tempe the next
Thursday to host the Oregon Ducks.
For the second consecutive year, the Sun Devils will not
play either Washington or Stanford.
And in a return to tradition, ASU will play arch-rival
Arizona in the last game of the season the day after
Thanksgiving, November 23rd.

entire Pac-12 composite schedule here.
