The Arizona Cardinals had wanted to trade for Kevin Kolb for quite a while.
Last Tuesday teams were finally allowed to talk about trades, and by Thursday evening Kolb was heading to the desert.
And the Cardinals couldn’t be happier.
“When the door opened on Tuesday we went after him, and while we kept other considerations alive and I continued to work on those, Kevin surely was our number one priority and we were aggressive to try to make that happen,” Cardinals General Manager Rod Graves told Sports 620 KTAR.
