Everyone knows the Arizona Cardinals are looking for running back help in 2015.

There have been plenty of rumors about the Cards possibly pursuing recently reinstated Minnesota Vikings star Adrian Peterson and Dallas Cowboys’ free agent-to-be DeMarco Murray.

Arizona has also been linked to Wisconsin’s Melvin Gordon and Georgia’s Todd Gurley in numerous mock drafts.

What about C.J. Spiller?

The five-year veteran confirmed he won’t be returning to Buffalo after the Bills swung a deal to acquire LeSean McCoy from the Philadelphia Eagles Tuesday.

One ESPN reporter believes the Cardinals are among the teams interested in Spiller’s services when he becomes an unrestricted free agent.

Spiller, 27, stands 5-foot-11 and weighs in at 200 pounds. The Bills selected him with the ninth overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and he’s run for 3,321 yards and 12 touchdowns on 668 carries in his career.

In 2014, Spiller played in only nine games due to a broken collarbone suffered during a Week 7 win over the Minnesota Vikings. He returned to play the Bills’ final two games of the year.

For the season, the former Clemson star ran for 300 yards on 78 carries and caught 19 passes for 125 yards. He also has value in the return game and averaged 30.6 yards per kickoff return in 2014. Spiller had a 102-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in Buffalo’s 29-10 Week 2 win over the Miami Dolphins.

The Cardinals were rumored to have interest in acquiring Spiller before last season’s trade deadline.
