After several weeks of slowly introducing the league’s best talent, the NFL finally wrapped up their fifth annual Top 100 earlier this week.

Not surprisingly, the Seattle Seahawks led all NFL teams with eight players landing on the list. The San Francisco 49ers were the only team not to have a representative.

The Arizona Cardinals landed three players in the pecking order. Cornerback Patrick Peterson ranked 19th, wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald was 68th and defensive lineman Calais Campbell came in at No. 99.

The list is compiled by player vote, so here’s what some of the league’s best had to say about each Cardinal representative.

No. 19 – Patrick Peterson

“Patrick Peterson always takes the challenge of guarding the other team’s number-one receiver, week-in, week-out.” — Denver CB Aqib Talib

“Patrick Peterson is the best because he’s playing against wide receivers, slot receivers, tight ends. I feel like he’s the best defensive player in the league.” — St. Louis WR Tavon Austin

“Richard Sherman is a really good corner, but he doesn’t travel. When I was on the right side, I was going up against Richard, but when I was on the left, I didn’t go against him. Patrick Peterson, he traveled everywhere with me and he definitely gave me a battle.” — Denver WR Emmanuel Sanders

“I definitely see why people throw away from him, because you don’t know if he’s going to intercept the ball or affect the play.” — Detroit WR Golden Tate

“The toughest player I’ve went against was Patrick Peterson. He loves to talk to you. If you did something good or did something bad, he talks to you. He’s a competitor and that’s the type of guys I like going against.” — Indianapolis WR T.Y. Hilton

No. 68 – Larry Fitzgerald

“Every play is like ‘stop him, don’t let him get the ball’ and somehow he always does. The crazy thing is, it’s always a quiet day for Larry. He has a quiet seven for 120 (yards). You didn’t know he even had that many catches, but it’s always like the crucial play.” — St. Louis WR Damian Williams

“This year, playing them, we might have been leading. They throw Fitz a slant and he catches it — and the old man still had wheels. I mean he walked off on our linebackers and secondary and the rest of us.” — Philadelphia LB Emmanuel Acho

“You’ve got to watch for Larry because he can have a breakout game. The heck with his speed, he ain’t never really had speed. But you want to talk about ball skills and body control? That’s Larry.” — Former Pittsburgh CB Ike Taylor

No. 99 – Calais Campbell

“He’s definitely an unsung hero, I feel. Calais is a guy that can be a game-changer and he can make you look bad, make you look really bad.” — Dallas OL Ryan Miller

“Everything he does, he does passionately. Whether that’s greeting you when you see him on the field before the game or if it’s chasing a running back” — Philadelphia LB Emmanuel Acho
