Cameron Smith played 30 games for the Arizona State Sun Devils over three seasons, catching 60 passes for 908 yards and six touchdowns in that time.
The next pass he catches, however, will come for Notre Dame, as it was announced on Monday that the graduate transfer had chosen to continue his career in South Bend.

A 5-foot-11 wideout, Smith’s best season in Tempe was in 2014, when as a sophomore he caught 41 passes for 596 yards and all six of his career touchdowns. He suffered a knee injury that caused him to miss the entire 2015 campaign, however, and his role with the Sun Devils was diminished in 2016.
Smith will join the Fighting Irish with one year of eligibility remaining.
