The Colts are sure they have hired Frank Reich as coach

The Indianapolis Colts can’t be too careful.
A week ago, they thought they’d hired Josh McDaniels as their replacement for head coach Chuck Pagano, but McDaniels backed out to stay with the New England Patriots. It proved that a deal is never done until the ink is dried, and as Indy prepared to name Frank Reich as their new coach Sunday, the team’s Twitter account wanted to alleviate its fans’ concerns that this wouldn’t end up the same as the McDaniels deal.
So the Colts provided this picture of Reich signing a piece of paper next to a helmet.

Don’t believe that?
By the request of one fan, the Colts gave Reich and owner Jim Irsay the Sunday edition of the Indy Star to pose with, once again confirming that the coach was truly signed with Indianapolis.

It is a done deal.
Finalized.
The Colts have a coach. For real this time.
