The Arizona Diamondbacks made a splash on the free agent market by reportedly signing LHP Madison Bumgarner to a 5-year deal worth $85 million.
Bumgarner spent his entire career in the Bay with the San Francisco Giants after being drafted 10th overall in the 2007 MLB Draft. During his time in San Francisco, he tallied three World Series over his 11 years, including earning the World Series MVP in 2014.
He finished his time in orange and black ranked among the best.

In 289 games over 11 years, Bumgarner amassed a 3.13 ERA. His lowest ERA came in 2016 when he went 15-9 and posted a 2.74 ERA while last season was the highest of his career (3.90). He’s pitched 1,846 innings with a 1.111 career WHIP.
