Some people get tattoos. Others have the “Shiva Bowl.”

Regardless, people care about fantasy football.

According to NFL.com’s Michael Fabiano, your newest fantasy football solution may come from someone close to home.

In his list of “20 shocking fantasy football predictions for the 2015 season” Monday, Fabiano said it wouldn’t shock him if Carson Palmer finished the 2015 season as a top-10 fantasy football quarterback.

You might think I’m nuts, but hear me out. Palmer averaged 0.72 fantasy points per completion last season under the guidance of Arians. That equated to over 17 points per game, which when projected over a full 16 games puts Palmer right in that top 10 mix at the quarterback spot.

Palmer went 6-0 as a starter last season before suffering a torn ACL. He threw for 1,626 yards, 11 touchdowns and three interceptions before getting injured last season.

Palmer looked “outstanding” in his first 11-on-11 action since his injury earlier this month, according to Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians.

The 35-year-old Palmer is expected to have a big year surrounded by an impressive receiving corps, including second-year wideout John Brown.

Fabiano said Brown could emerge as a potential star in 2015.

The Cardinals love Brown. No, I mean they really love him. Just ask coach Bruce Arians, who can help smaller wideouts develop into stars. From a fantasy standpoint, Brown could become a nice bargain when you consider he’ll be selected after Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd.

Brown, 25, caught 48 passes for 696 yards and five touchdowns during his rookie season in 2014.

Palmer enters 2015 with a retooled offensive line after the Cardinals signed former San Francisco 49ers guard Mike Iupati in free agency.

If Iupati and Co. can keep Palmer off his back, the quarterback will also look to find wide receivers Michael Floyd (47 catches, 841 yards and six touchdowns in 2014) and Larry Fitzgerald (63 catches, 784 yards and two touchdowns in 2014).
