The Arizona Cardinals had to close out their first win of the season without one of their offensive lineman against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

Andre Smith left the game after suffering a hamstring injury.

John Wetzel took his place at tackle.

Smith reportedly walked off the field slowly, before throwing his helmet in anger on the sideline.

Another veteran lineman, Mike Iupati was also shaken up during the game.

On the opening drive in the third quarter, Iupati went down with a shoulder injury.

After getting looked at by trainers in the medical tent, his return was questionable, but he would reenter the game in the fourth quarter. Daniel Munyer took over in his absence.
