See ya.

After struggling out the gate against the Texas Tech Red Raiders, Arizona Wildcats senior quarterback Khalil Tate found his footing before halftime.

Recording an interception and a fumble in the first quarter, Tate continued to attack the Red Raiders in the second.

Finding Stanley Berryhill for 12-yard score to tie things up at 7-7, Tate shook off the early turnovers.

But it was what he did with his legs two drives later that left the opposing defense gassed.

Looking at 3rd-and-7 at his own 16-yard line, Tate decided run the rock himself, turning on the jets for the 84-yard score.

While the extra point was missed, the rushing touchdown gave the Wildcats a 13-7 lead at the half.

Arizona would hold on to take the 28-14 win over the Red Raiders.

Tate completed 14 of his 23 passes for 185 yards and a score to go along with two interceptions.

He also paced all rushers, recording 129 yards and a touchdown on just 17 carries.
