The Arizona Cardinals made some roster moves Tuesday afternoon.

The team announced it has re-signed wide receiver Pharoh Cooper and has cut defensive lineman Miles Brown.

Cooper, 24, heads back to the Cardinals’ sideline after being released from the team on Aug. 31. He had spent the entire preseason with Arizona before being claimed off of waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals. The wideout did not record a catch in the one game he played for the Bengals this season.

Cooper originally joined the Cardinals off of waivers last season after being cut by the Los Angeles Rams. In two games last season with Arizona, Cooper was used solely on special teams, compiling 67 yards on six punt returns (13.2 yards per game). He’s seen some success as a returner, making the 2017 Pro Bowl as a return specialist.

Cooper will wear No. 12, the same number he wore during his first stint with the team.

Brown, an undrafted rookie out of Wofford, played in three games with the Cardinals in 2019, recording two tackles.

In addition to the moves, the team also signed tight end Darrell Daniels to the practice squad.

Daniels was cut Saturday by the Cardinals, who used the open roster spot on punter Ryan Winslow.

This season, Daniels has played in one game for the Cardinals. He did not register a catch.
