Arizona State men’s basketball forward Pavlo Dziuba has entered the transfer portal on Tuesday, according to VerbalCommits.com and The Athletic’s Doug Haller.
The 6-foot-8, 235-pound power forward from Ukraine averaged 0.4 points and 0.3 rebounds in 4.1 minutes over his eight appearances.
Dziuba appeared five times during the non-conference schedule and in three Pac-12 games.
Despite the Sun Devils (11-14) having a lack of frontcourt bodies and a rash of injuries and absences in 2020-21, Dziuba only made one appearance (March 6 vs. Utah) after a Jan. 9 game against USC.
He is the fourth transfer out of ASU, joining guard Jaelen House, forward Taeshon Cherry and big man Chris Osten. Arizona State also is likely to lose forward Marcus Bagley, who is entering his name in the NBA Draft but said Tuesday that all options are open, which would include a return since he is not set to hire an agent.
Freshman guard Josh Christopher has additionally entered the draft.
He was a four-star recruit in the 2020 class, per 247 Sports’ composite.
