When the Arizona State Sun Devils take the field under the lights of Sun Devil Stadium Saturday night, they’ll be doing so in new fashion against Southern California.
For the first time this season, ASU will be in all gold threads that signify a ‘Salute to Service’, honoring veterans of the United States.

Instead of the Sun Devils infamous logo on the helmet, these uniforms feature a logo honoring former Sun Devil and Arizona Cardinal Pat Tillman on the helmet. ASU will have “PT42” logos on both sides of their helmets as well as displaying “PT42” right above the facemask.
Tillman would have turned 45 on Saturday.
Along with the gold lids to go with the jersey and pants, the Sun Devils will maintain the theme with gold accessories as well.
