People watching: The action or practice of spending time idly observing people in a public place.

Whether you do it consciously or not, chances are you have people watched at some point or another.

From the sound of it, Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman D.J. Humphries could count it as a hobby, being it is one of his favorite things to do.

It’s even helped him get a better idea on his head coach.

Humphries, who calls himself a very observant person, has seen Kliff Kingsbury gradually expand on his communication with the team and on ideas he’s brought to the table the past three seasons.

But for as great as it is for Humphries to see Kingsbury’s development as an NFL coach, the football field isn’t his favorite spot to people watch.

No, That honor belongs to Walmart, a place Humphries strongly encourages anyone to experience whenever they need their occasional household item.

“Walmart’s got the most interesting people in the world and the most variety,” Humphries said without even needing to think. “It’s a wide array of strange people at Walmart. I’m telling you, you gotta go. You can’t go to Target, it’s not the same. Target is not the same.

“Walmart? It’s a great time, trust me, guys. Trust me. The next outing that you need to go get something generic like some tape or anything that you can get from any generic store. Please go to your nearest Walmart. Not a neighborhood Walmart, preferably a Super Walmart. Go in there and do a lap. You don’t have to go in, just do a lap, enjoy yourself. You’re welcome.”
