Sun Devils, Wildcats underdogs against ranked opponents

The Arizona State Sun Devils and Arizona Wildcats face ranked opponents at home on Saturday.

The Sun Devils host No. 21 Washington for the first time since 2017, while Arizona will see No. 12 Oregon in Tucson.

Sportsbooks project similar outcomes for ASU and Arizona, as both schools are 13.5-point underdogs on FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Sun Devils — continuing a gauntlet of three straight ranked opponents — have -105 odds to cover, while Arizona has -110 odds.

ASU is also the slightly greater underdog on the money line at +400, while Arizona is +390.

Arizona State is looking to break a four-game losing streak in which three of the losses came to ranked teams. The Sun Devils had moments of levity last week at USC, but the final score came out a lopsided 42-25.

The over-under is set at 55.5 points with -110 odds to eclipse that mark.

Arizona is 3-2 after knocking off winless Colorado 43-20 last week.

The over-under against the Ducks is set at 70.5 points with -110 odds to go over.

History has not been kind to the visiting northwest squads in the desert.

Oregon lost in its last two visits to Tucson, while Washington is on a seven-game losing streak in Tempe dating to 2002.

The Sun Devils are up first at 1 p.m. Arizona-Oregon play at 6 p.m.
