Arizona Cardinals kicker Jay Feely fined for unnecessary roughness

According to NBCSports.com, the NFL has fined Arizona Cardinals kicker Jay Feely $7,875 for a personal foul against the Dolphins.
In the Cardinals’ Week 4 win against Miami, Feely received an unnecessary roughness call when he hit an opponent late on the second half kickoff.
The referees penalized Feely for hitting a Dolphins player on a kickoff that the officials felt was unnecessary. The ball was kicked out of the end zone for a touchback.
Feely ended up kicking the game winning field goal in overtime for the Cardinals against Miami.
