Athletic Director Love sets bar high for ASU football

Arizona State Athletic Director Lisa Love isn’t afraid to be blunt on the subject of Sun Devil football.
She made it very clear to head coach Dennis Erickson when she hired him back in 2006 that the roster was “clearly missing in depth” and wasn’t heading towards the success that she expects from the program.
“We aspire for a Rose Bowl level whether we have a stadium full or a stadium half-full,” Love told Sports 620 KTAR’s Doug and Wolf Wednesday. “That’s the standard at which we operate.”
