Utah QB Jordan Wynn not playing Saturday against ASU

Everything just seems to be going the Sun Devils way.
This season Arizona State has already ended a 10 game
losing streak against ranked opponents, has finally beaten
USC after 11 years and is now poised to run away with the
Pac-12 South title.
And just when you think things couldn’t get any better for
ASU, they have. Utah QB Jordan Wynn will not be available
when the Sun Devils visit Rice-Eccles Stadium this
Saturday.
According to Utah athletics twitter Wynn will be out
2-3 weeks with a left shoulder injury.
Wynn, who threw for 17 touchdowns last season and already
has six this year, suffered the injury in the Utes 31-14
loss to Washington Saturday.
This means the Sun Devils will face backup Jon Hays, a
transfer from Division II Nebraska-Omaha. Hays was 10 of
16 for 156 yards with a touchdown and interception.
The Utes were seen as the only real contenders — besides
the Sun Devils — in the Pac-12 South, but the team is 0-2
in conference play and now without its quarterback.
Barring a complete meltdown the Pac-12 South title is
Arizona State’s to lose.
