Tupac performing post-mortem at Coachella and Wolf Blitzer election holograms are cool and all.
But with all due respect, that doesn’t seem as mind-blowing as what a French television program pulled off during its UEFA European soccer championship coverage.
Watch as an in-studio host speaking to on-site reporter Carine Galli walks into her studio screen, appearing to stand right next to Galli.
The effect is awesome.
If you’re skeptical that Galli is also in the studio, her Twitter feed would seem to indicate she is indeed live on the pitch covering games. And even if she’s not, it’s still a pretty sweet 3D effect.
