Aug 15, 2014, 8:45 PM | Updated: 8:45 pm

Arizona State announced Friday that fans who wish to attend the football team’s Camp Tontozona Maroon & Gold practice on Saturday at 10 a.m. should allow for extra travel time.

With expectations for a large turnout, construction along State Route 260, and the local Payson Rodeo Parade beginning at 9 a.m., ASU advised fans to arrive early in order to avoid traffic and obtain parking spaces. Fans should also be prepared for a possible rainstorm toward the end of the scrimmage.

The Sun Devils are scheduled to take the field at Camp Tontozona at 9:30 a.m. and begin practice 30 minutes later.

ASU posted additional parking and traffic information for the practice on its Web site.

The Payson Rodeo Parade will begin in the city of Payson at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16.
