Hornets’ Frank Kaminsky burns Cubs in a Twitter war
Oct 18, 2016, 2:42 PM
Noted White Sox fan Frank Kaminsky, the Charlotte Hornets forward, trolled the Chicago Cubs by wearing a Steve Bartman Cubs jersey to his preseason game on Monday night.
The Cubs noticed this and started what became an intense Twitter war by dropping a clever GIF-supplemented zinger at Kaminsky.

That only incited what became a fun back-and-forth.
Kaminsky responded with a GIF of Bartman’s infamous catch, and when the Cubs’ Twitter account appeared unimpressed with the tweet, the Hornets forward then let it rip.

It's best not to dwell on a tough loss. pic.twitter.com/2l4OFTL5tH

The Cubs set themselves up for failure by calling out Kaminsky for dwelling on his social media loss.
And like jumping on a fastball down the middle, Kaminsky hit a home run with this:
. @Cubs at least I haven't been dwelling for 108 years #GOAT pic.twitter.com/sPFRlbB728

The Cubs are currently tied with the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS with Game 3 of the series set for Tuesday evening.
