Arizona Wildcats picked to finish fourth in Pac-12 South

Jul 26, 2013, 4:36 PM | Updated: 4:36 pm

Last season, the Arizona Wildcats finished fourth in the Pac-12 South, ahead of both Utah and Colorado.

And if the conference’s media is correct, they’ll be in the exact same place when the 2013 season comes to a close.

The results of the poll were released Friday, and Rich Rodriguez’s crew trails UCLA, who won last year, along with Arizona State and USC in the South.

Over in the northern part of the conference, the Oregon Ducks were picked to finish first. They are followed by the Stanford, Oregon State, Washington, California and Washington State.

Pac-12 South

1. UCLA Bruins (12) 135
2. Arizona State Sun Devils (10) 130
3. USC Trojans (4) 117
4. Arizona Wildcats 76
5. Utah Utes 60
6. Colorado Buffaloes 28

Pac-12 North

1. Oregon Ducks (15) 145
2. Stanford Cardinal (11) 139
3. Oregon State Beavers 95
4. Washington Huskies 84
5. California Golden Bears 47
6. Washington State Cougars 33
