Shaq lip-syncs 33-year-old pop hit on television

Shaquille O’Neal has accomplished many things in his life.
He’s a sure-fire Basketball Hall of Fame inductee. He’s won four NBA championships, three NBA Finals MVP awards, one league MVP, two scoring titles and appeared in 15 All-Star Games.
O’Neal has released five rap albums, including his debut Shaq Diesel, which went platinum in 1993. He’s also got quite the filmography, starring in 90s hits like Blue Chips, Kazaam and Steel.
But we bet you’ve never seen this side of him.
Appearing on Spike’s Lip Sync Battle, Shaq unleashed his inner “maniac”, performing the 1983 Michael Sembello single from the Flashdance soundtrack that spent two weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
You probably haven’t heard the song (if ever) since ’83, and you’ve never seen it performed like this.
