The Cardinals — and their fans — now know when Arizona will play the Los Angeles Rams in London in 2017.

The NFL released the schedule on Thursday for all 32 teams, including the overseas matchup for the Cardinals and Rams that was revealed in December. They’ll play on Oct. 22, in Week 7.

The game will be at Twickenham Stadium, a rugby facility that seats 82,000. The Cardinals vs. Rams contest is part of a deal between Twickenham and the NFL, a pact which provides for NFL games at that facility through 2018. The first game of that deal was in October 2016, when the Giants and Rams played there.

Thus, this will be the Rams’ second game at Twickenham Stadium.

But it won’t be the first time the Cardinals’ have played outside of the U.S. In 2005, Arizona squared off with the San Francisco 49ers in Mexico City for the NFL’s “Futbol Americano” campaign. It was the first NFL game played outside of the United States, and it also set the record for the highest attendance ever for an NFL game.

The London contest will be the first of two between the NFC West division foes in 2017. Last season, the Cardinals split the season series with the Rams in their first season back in the City of Angels — Arizona lost at home but won in a blowout at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

This game will count as a road game for Arizona, so the Cardinals won’t lose their home contest against the Rams. That one will be at University of Phoenix stadium on Dec. 3.
