Former Arizona State linebacker Antonio Longino was arrested for allegedly tampering with evidence in an ongoing homicide investigation in Ohio, reports newsnet5.com.

The Cleveland Heights Police Department confirmed to the news station that Longino, who is from East Cleveland, Ohio, was in custody and held on a $100,000 bond Wednesday night. He has since posted bail and been released.

Longino was being held in relation to an investigation of a 24-year-old Cleveland man who was shot and killed early Tuesday morning. A vehicle with two bullet holes was towed from Longino’s aunt’s house Wednesday after a search warrant was issued, according to newsnet5.com.

Longino was expected to sign with the Cincinnati Bengals after he went undrafted this past weekend.

The linebacker recorded 64 total tackles for the Sun Devils as a redshirt senior in 2015, adding a team-high 11 sacks, five quarterback hits and two forced fumbles. His 22.5 tackles for loss from the devil-backer position ranked as the sixth-highest total for a single season in school history.

Longino joined ASU after playing at Hutchinson Community College.
