ASU football just finished up its season last month, but fans of the team won’t have to wait long to see it in action again.
The Sun Devils announced the schedule for their spring practices on Monday, with the first one kicking off on Feb. 5. The team will practice 15 times over the course of next month, and it’ll wrap things up with its annual Spring Game at Sun Devil Stadium on Feb. 28, which will also be shown on the Pac-12 Network.
Aside from the Spring Game, all of the team’s practices will take place at the Kajikawa Practice Facility in Tempe. They will all be open to the general public.
This gives the ASU faithful the chance to see some of the key contributors for the 2019 squad nearly six months in advance, including third-team All American Eno Benjamin and Pac-12 Freshman Defensive Player of the Year Merlin Robertson.
Fans will also get to see the beginning of the quarterback competition that will decide who takes over for Manny Wilkins at the position. Candidates for this job include Dillon Sterling-Cole, Wilkins’ backup last season, and incoming freshmen Jayden Daniels, Joey Yellen and Ethan Long.
