N’Keal Harry, the former standout star at ASU, has been placed on injured reserve by the New England Patriots, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Harry, who was selected with the No. 32 pick of the first round in the 2019 NFL Draft, has battled an ankle injury throughout the preseason.

The Patriots’ rookie appeared in the team’s preseason week one victory at the Detroit Lions, catching two passes for 36 yards and no touchdowns.

He hasn’t appeared in a game since.

Harry can return to the team this season but isn’t eligible to do so until after the sixth week.
