The Arizona Cardinals added another arm after signing former Winnipeg Blue Bombers quarterback Chris Streveler to a futures deal on Monday.
They also added to the party with “Streveler the Leveler.”

Fresh off a 32-12 mauling of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 107th playing of the Grey Cup, Streveler reveled in the glory in a big way, much like a Rob Gronkowski or Chris Long after winning the big game. In the tilt, Streveler completed all three of his passing attempts for 39 yards and a score. He also ran it nine times for 30 yards.
And much like Jason Kelce after the Philadelphia Eagles took home the Super Bowl hardware, Streveler got the crowd absolutely amped with his Grey Cup speech.
“I’m lit right now, you’re all lit right now, this is amazing,” Streveler said. “We’re Grey Cup champions, baby and that’s all there is. That’s all there is to it. That’s facts!”
If the Cardinals were in need of a hype man, they certainly got it.
