The San Francisco 49ers have agreed with the NFL and Arizona Cardinals to play their Week 13 and 14 scheduled home games at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.

Santa Clara County officials issued directives barring the Niners from playing at their home, Levi’s Stadium, in response to rising cases of coronavirus in the area. The rules take effect Monday and will last until Dec. 21. The team also practices at that site.

The 49ers have home games scheduled for Dec. 7 against Buffalo and Dec. 13 against Washington.

The matchup against the Bills is set to be featured in prime-time on Monday Night Football.

“The San Francisco 49ers have come to an agreement with the National Football League and Arizona Cardinals which allows the 49ers to host their Weeks 13 and 14 home games against the Buffalo Bills and Washington Football Team at State Farm Stadium in Arizona,” the 49ers said in a statement.

“The Cardinals organization, State Farm Stadium and League officials have been supportive and accommodating as we work through the many logistical issues involved in relocating NFL games. Information regarding the 49ers future practice arrangements will be shared at the appropriate time.”

San Francisco already had a Week 16 visit to State Farm Stadium for a Cardinals home game. That will be played Saturday, Dec. 26, the NFL announced on Monday.
