Kevin Kolb faces more pressure than anyone in NFL

This may be it for Kevin Kolb as a starting quarterback in
the NFL.
Acquired by the Arizona Cardinals before last season to be
the
team’s long-term answer, Kolb played in just nine games —
finishing
eight — and was very underwhelming when on the field.
And whether Kolb is under pressure to stay healthy, which
is
something he has yet to do in his NFL career, or simply
outperform
John Skelton, who led the Cardinals to six wins last
season, the
fact remains that it’s time for Kolb to put up or shut up.
“I think it’s quite conceivable that there’s not another
NFL player
facing as much heat as Kevin Kolb will be this season,”
CBS NFL
analyst and former NFL QB Rich Gannon told Arizona Sports
620’s Doug
and Wolf Tuesday. “Here’s a guy that was paid a lot of
money, he was
expected to come in and be the starter.”
Kolb can still be that guy.
